Membership in CACOR is a prerequisite for publishing a post. Comments to a post however can be submitted by anyone. Comment authors are required to submit their name and e-mail address to the facility’s moderator.

All posts and their associated comments need to be forwarded to the blogging facility’s moderator before they are published to ensure that CACOR and it’s members are protected; and that dialogue is polite and informed.
